Good afternoon families, and happy Summer Break!
This message is to clarify procedures for this year’s summer camps and transportation.
Students who returned their forms for Academic Summer School, STEM, and Robotics Camp will attend school from 9:00- 3:00 each day. Buses will pick them up between 8:20 and 8:45, and will drop them off by 3:25.
Students who completed applications to ONLY attend camp in the morning must have transportation home at 12:00, and students who will ONLY attend STEM or Robotics camp in the afternoon must have transportation to school at 12:00. There will be no Martinsville City Public Schools bus transportation available between camps. Therefore, if your student is only attending ½ day, you must provide midday transportation.
Parents who will pick up students at 12:00 will use Smith Street to pick up. Parents who will drop off students at 12:00 will use the car rider circle to drop off. If your student goes to Boys and Girls Club, the bus will pick up and drop off at the uptown location.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
